THE GARDEN COTTAGE is a carefully
restored ground floor cottage adjoining the main
farmhouse accommodation, which dates back
to the early 18th century.Tastefully furnished in pine
furniture, an extra bed can be added to sleep a family
of 4. It has a pretty en-suite bathroom with bath and
above shower, with all ammenities. A spacious bedroom
with an 'olde worlde' ambience, with beautiful views
of the garden and paddock with ponies and calves ,
and our tree lined country lane. An East facing room
which catches the early morning sunrise.

THE MELROSE ROOM ~ The Melrose Bedroom is situated
in the oldest part of the main Farmhouse and is full
of charm and character. A spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room (bed settings provide extra sleeping space) Enjoy country views from this
room of the farmyard - watch the cows come in from
the fields for the morning and afternoon milkings,
which is still done in the lime washed stone buildings.
A North facing room with views reaching towards the
Parish 11th Century Church.
